The pizza is very good. You could eat the crust if you like. Add some chicken and man you have a worth eating meal. My family have pizza there at least once a week.

YUMMY LA-STYLE Pizza. Pronto Pizza is your standard grab-n-go pizza ala Little Caesar’s with a small menu and decent prices. Pronto is a bit pricier than Little Caesar’s but it’s definitely tasty. Do I like it better? Not sure, I think the crust here is exceptional and the cheese is great. However, it’s very different so it’s hard to compare the two companies. We ordered the standard pepperoni and cheese pizzas to get a good gauge of flavor, quality, and size. I’d say they’re about the same size as a standard Little Caesars pizza, just a couple bucks more. I really liked both pizzas, my Pronto Pizza order smelled so good I opened it in the car! I couldn’t resist! Service was a little slow and the pizza did not come out pronto. The guy at the register was nice, he was respectful with all the customers. Pronto Pizza has a large Hispanic fan base, I guess because of the name? I walked in and a lot of Spanish speaking folks were ordering pizza, it was cool! The clientele were a little shy with me, but everyone was calm and minded their business. I’d say it was a solid ambiance!

Went to get pizza for my work order 2 pepperoni & 1 jalapeño & pepperoni got to work and seen a hair baked into the pizza. Sent my coworkers back and they remade the pizza. But Quality checks and better cleanliness protocols need to be taken definitely.

I ordered the family meal was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Got there in 25 minutes to give them some extra time because last time they forgot to put my order in this time I show up guy tells me it’s gonna be a few more minutes I already gave you guys 25 minutes then they give me my food. I live about 10 to 15 minutes away I get home. Serve my kids, serve the rest of my family and I sit down to eat, I’m eating my pizza I look down to take another bite an a damn hair is baked into my pizza. I called to explain to them what was going on the lady first said she would give me a full refund then tells me she can’t because food has already been eaten from. What they can do is have me go down there and give me a brand new freshly baked pizza But for me to bring the pizza in that has a hair connected on it so they can examine it. I show up she shows her manager thinking that I can’t see them because they’re to the side and her manager laughs and makes a face like she’s like amazed, shakes her head with a smile and then just walks away tells her to give me a pizza. That was Really rude and disrespectful. And she still didn’t tell her employees do put on hair nets so I don’t happen s
